At Blissful Beauty Salon & Spa, we value each of our clients and strive to provide the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes plans change; however, to ensure that our stylists can effectively manage their schedules and serve all clients, we have have the following cancellation policy: **48-Hour Cancellation Notice:** We kindly request that clients provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services. If cancelled before 48 hours no fee will be charged. - **Late Cancellations & No-Shows:** If an appointment is canceled within less than 48 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will automatically be charged to the card of file We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as our stylists rely on their scheduled appointments for their income, being compensated on a commission basis. By providing sufficient notice, you help us ensure that all clients receive the exceptional service they expect and deserve.
